Saga in Serbian Delegation at the European Parliament of Enterprises
Nebojsa Bjelotomic, CEO of Saga, was one of the representatives of Serbian companies at the European Parliament of Enterprises, to discuss the specific topics of importance for the economy of Serbia and the EU.
The European Parliament of Enterprises is held once every two years in Brussels where the representatives of the business community discuss, as MPs, important economic issues. It is organized by the Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Eurochambres) and the European Parliament. This year, the meeting was attended by 800 businessmen from 40 countries. Five seats were secured for the Serbian delegation, and one of the members of our delegation was Nebojsa Bjelotomic, CEO of Saga. Participants from Serbia thanked the Serbian Chamber of Commerce for their support to get the opportunity to participate in such an event and the opportunity for the Serbian economy to be seen and heard in the heart of the European Union where they had a chance to exchange experiences and ideas with the European colleagues.
Common issues that affect all entrepreneurs and companies, as well as the specific issues and challenges Companies face in their operations from certain sectors, particularly IT companies, were talked about at the Fourth session of the European Parliament of Enterprises. On this subject, Nebojsa Bjelotomic said that the Serbian businessmen are constructive and creative part of the European family, and that the education and creation of human resources in IT field is what particularly interests’ entrepreneurs from this sector.
